General description
The Hilltop House is not merely a house but a Manor-type log/stone building on 4 floors,
built on its’ own 6,5 hectare (15 acres) plot on top of the hill with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.
The Hilltop House was built on the very top of the Southern Finland hill but since it is on four floors,
the lowest floor currently used as the garage/storage area is partly underground.
Technical details
The Hilltop House has got an oil-central heating with radiators and under floor heating.
There is a large feature fireplace/oven in the living room and a fireplace in the sauna area.
All windows are triple-glazed thermal windows. There is also a central vacuum cleaner system.
The house is alarmed and has also a CCTV-system.
The Hilltop House has its’ own well and water/sewage system.
The crystal clear water comes from a 260m deep well on the base water area.
The septic tanks are regularly emptied by a local company.
The Annexe
There is also an annexe with a sauna in it.
This sauna has a traditional wood burner oven in it.
Next to the sauna there is a cosy room which often serves as a guest room.
There is plenty of space around the Annexe to build a swimming pool for example.
