Background

The history of the Hilltop House started in 1988 when it was built to serve as the main building of the local skiing centre. The present owners purchased it in 1996 and converted it into a luxurious family home. It has the potential to be further developed into a business ( eg. hotel, conference centre, equine centre) or continue to offer its’ future owners a tranquil haven ‘above the rest’, close to local amenities and international airports.

Location

The Hilltop House is situated 4 miles outside the City of Huittinen, a lively market town in the South-Western Finland. The nearest international airport is Tampere, only 50 minutes away. Turku airport is 55 mins away and the Capitol Helsinki airport is 1hr 50mins away.
